Today, we are hiring for a Business Development Representative Spanish Market position on behalf of our client, a fast-growing European scale-up specialized in local customer experience and digital visibility for multi-location businesses, based in Barcelona, with a hybrid remote policy (1–2 days per week).

Role & key responsibilities
As a Business Development Representative, your role will be to:
Proactively identify and engage new prospects through cold calling, emailing and LinkedIn outreach in order to generate qualified meetings with key decision-makers
Work closely with Account Executives to define target accounts, identify strategic personas and craft impactful messaging
Collaborate with the Marketing team to optimize acquisition campaigns and strengthen pipeline generation initiatives
Conduct in-depth research on prospects to personalize outreach strategies based on business challenges and market context
Contribute actively to pipeline growth while helping foster a high-performing and collaborative team culture
Manage lead nurturing sequences and ensure monthly opportunity generation targets are achieved

Your future team
You will join a Sales department of around 35 people, including a Business Development team composed of 6 team members.
The environment encourages collaboration, continuous learning and knowledge sharing. You will work closely with both Sales and Marketing teams in a fast-paced and international setting.
You will report directly to the Team Leader Italy, Iberia & Portugal.
About you
You already have a first successful experience in B2B sales development, outbound prospecting or a hunting-oriented role
You are a strong communicator with excellent persuasion and active listening skills
You are resilient, target-driven and comfortable in fast-paced environments
You enjoy researching prospects and tailoring your outreach approach
You are comfortable using CRM and sales automation tools
You are fluent in English
Native-level Spanish is mandatory for this position
Experience prospecting the Spanish market is a strong plus
Contract & compensation
Contract type: Full-time permanent contract
Compensation: €40K–€45K package (Salary base between €30K and €35K)

HR Interview (30 min): discussion about your background, motivations and overall fit
Hiring Manager Interview (45 min): deep dive into the role, expectations and team environment
Business Case: take-home assignment to prepare and present
Business Case Debrief with a Roleplay (1h) exchange with the Head of Global Business Development
Final Interview: meeting with Talent & Sales leadership
At least one step of the recruitment process will take place at the Barcelona office to meet the team in person.
